Rhythmic Gymnastics of Indiana is the only club in Indiana offering a competitive program in Rhythmic Gymnastics. Our goal is to provide quality recreational and competitive programs in a fun and supportive environment.

Director and Head Coach

Julia Workman is the Director and Head Coach of Rhythmic Gymnastics of Indiana.

Julia was a National Level Rhythmic Gymnast from Ukraine. After coming to the United States she was Rhythmic director and coach at the Louisville JCC for 12 years. While at JCC, she coached all levels of Rhythmic Gymnastics including the Derby City Rhythmics team and was the Kentucky State Chairman in Rhythmic Gymnastics.

Julia took a break from coaching to earn a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering and start a family. Her passion for Rhythmic Gymnastics has brought her back into coaching and led her to form Rhythmic Gymnastics of Indiana.

Julia is the Indiana State Chairman for Rhythmic Gymnastics, a Professional member of USA Gymnastics and Safety Certified.
